The journey from your recognizing a need, or yearning for an improvement to your home or facility, to a finished and transformed living space can be full of worries and surprises. At JSB you are involved all the way from the first call, through the initial estimate and discussion of options, the likelihood of any disruptions during construction and full disclosure of when and how prices for labor and materials might need to be revised if at all.
We love what we do so it will always seem like your project is our favorite one, but we treat all of our clients the same, regardless of job size or how long we have worked with you. Working many jobs at once is the only way to make it in this business and so if it seems like we have stopped work we are only working elsewhere temporarily and can promise that we are anxious to get back to your job. If we must stay away from your jobsite for any length of time we make sure the work area is safe clean and well separated from the living area. And I can always be reached to discuss any problems or questions about anything.
